I am Ms. Zhang and I am so happy to learn and grow with you this year. I teach STEM Essentials for Geosystems.

This course extends what you learned or are learning in Geosystems by further exploring topics of scientific method, geology, oceanography, meteorology, and astronomy. The content of this course is based on the Geosystems Standards of Learning for Virginia Public Schools and the National Science Education Standards.

I hope you can explore the scientific world with curiosity, interest, and diligence. And I hope the scientific knowledge will let you have a better understanding about yourself, the world, as well as the whole universe.
