Hi! I’m Ms. Davison. I teach Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, and Geometry.  This is my 1^st year at Bryant, but my 19^th year of teaching overall. In of the areas that I teach, we will work on building our math confidence and abilities, by increasing vocabulary, skills, and overall understanding of math.

In Pre-Algebra we will cover 5 major areas of study to prepare the students for the next semester when they will take Algebra 1. 

1. Integer and Integer Operations
2. Real Numbers
3. Expression Equations and Operations
4. Ratio and Proportional Reasoning
5. Linear Function.

In Algebra 1 will have 9 units of study and at the end of the course the students will take the Algebra 1 SOL.

In Geometry we have 11 units of study

6. Similar Triangles
7. Right Triangles

9. Circles
10. Solids
11. Transformations
